Protect Your (pickle) Balls

This is a drill to give you the sense of protecting the area around your feet.The title is a bit of a joke, but the idea isn’t. I describe this as the opposite of a foot fetish – you don’t want anybody getting close to your feet. So, you keep your paddle forward, shielding that area, and you either hit kitchen shots on the rise or in the air to keep them out in front.
